ATLANTA --Police have charged a 20-year-old Virginia man with breaking into his aunt's Atlanta home after his dead father's estate was willed solely to her. Investigators say Michael Amsie - carrying a sawed-off shotgun and a knife and wearing a disguise - was trying to get his father's money and property back from Eleanor Barton, who is in her 70s, and her husband, Charles Barton, who is in his 80s.
